We are very happy to have received funding from Lambeth Council to keep running Holiday and Food (HAF) programme for the Winter, Spring and Summer holidays.
However, the programme has changed slightly since Summer 2025.
The funder for Lambeth Council, Department for Education,
requires all councils to use one central booking system. Lambeth Council will ensure there is still a range of amazing activities with trusted local organisations throughout Lambeth – but instead of booking directly with us, you will now be asked to sign up to an online booking system (EEQU) to reserve places for your children and young people. Full listings are now available and you will also be able to book up to 16 sessions per eligible child.
This booking system will be a one stop shop for all things HAF and will hopefully simplify the booking process for parents and carers. There will be access to all 60+ HAF providers in one place.
This means:
• You can book in advance and instantly reserve a place for your young person.
• Booking is really easy, you just click a few buttons, select dates and then
complete.
• You will only have to fill in your details once, including any additional needs your
young person may have.
• You can also include details on allergies, preferences, dislikes, and anything
else you think providers should know.
• You can message us from the platform, keeping everything in one place.
• Sessions can be cancelled and managed all from one place on your profile.
• If there is no spot available for a session, you can add yourself to a waiting list
and get a notification as soon as there is one.
• Your data is always completely GDPR compliant.
We hope you enjoy this new platform and find the process simple and accessible. Priority is given to those who are registered on benefit related free school meals. Lambeth Council can allow some non-eligible families if you feel you are in need, so please feel free to apply even though you are not on benefit related free school meals, please note it may not guarantee your child/children a space.
As a reminder; your child(ren) are eligible for Lambeth’s HAF programme if they attend a school in Lambeth and are eligible for benefits related, free school meals.
